Combat is what doesn’t work. It feels like it didn’t belong to her and was added last minute. It is so stupid and janky, with enemies that aren’t scary but just annoying. Worse, the main character, NPCs, and the entire story don’t acknowledge that these enemies exist. The combat was just too much for me.
It was very Nordic-inspired and allowed the environment to speak for itself. I enjoyed it. I enjoyed exploring every corner and being rewarded for my efforts. It has a fascinating story. It was unique in the way it unfolded.
