Star Wars Jedi: Major Information Leaked by Survivor’s Toys About Upcoming Game
In May, during the Star Wars celebration, we got our first glimpse at the sequel to Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.
Star Wars Jedi Survivor will be available on new-gen consoles and PC sometime in 2023. While there is still a long way to go, there are plenty of things to look forward to. Oddly enough, thanks to the tie-in merchandise unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con, we have a lot of new information about the game.
Metro reported that an upcoming Hasbro action figure for protag Cal Kestis features him with a blaster and a holster. This implies that he will be shooting more things this time. It is also interesting that he appears to have a mustache, as he did not have one in the trailer. We might be able to see a time-skip occur at some point in the story. Cal also shed his cloak and now wears a blue lightsaber. It doesn’t seem to be one of the custom ones or double-ended.
Some hints have been given about the enemies we may face in Survivor. Metro wrote that another featured toy was an XK security robot figure. These figures were included in the original game but have been updated with what appears to be a generator or canister. This makes the figure potentially dangerous and explosive.
A figure of a B1 battle robot was also shown. They weren’t featured in Fallen Order and were seldom seen outside Star Wars prequels, which could hint at something about Survivor’s story.
We will have to wait to see how these details turn out in the game. For now, we can only speculate. Cal’s beard is what I am most interested in. It could just be a customization option. But, I believe it holds many secrets.
