This PlayStation 5 Remaster of ‘Bloodborne” Is Everything You Dream Of
Bloodborne is one of the most acclaimed PlayStation 4 games, or any game ever released. To critical acclaim, the FromSoftware game was released in 2015. It has been sold millions of times and deserves that.
It was rumored that Bluepoint Games was working on a highly-anticipated remaster of the game. Bluepoint had just completed the Shadow of the Colossus remake. Despite our hopes, however, it didn’t come to pass. Now we have a glimpse of what a remastered Bloodborne might look like.
The fan-made remaster OfSoftware’s iconic title is amazing. It’s the creation of YouTuber ElAnalistaDeBits. This simulation shows what Bloodborne would look like if it were completely remastered for release on PlayStation 5 and PC. I am sad that this does not exist.
ElAnalistaDeBits increased the frame rate by 30 frames per second to 60 frames per second and raised the resolution to 1080p from 1080p. After reducing the chromatic aberration, ElAnalistaDeBits applied post-processed color correctors and AA. It is stunning. It is not available for download if you are trying to obtain this project.
Bloodborne has been regarded as one of the most iconic PlayStation games ever, so it is surprising that the game has not yet been remastered. ElAnalistaDeBits fans shared similar thoughts in comments.
Boss Hunter Shinwin wrote “It pains my how they’ve neglected that masterpiece”, while Santa Klaus stated, “A man cannot only dream about finally getting a Bloodborne 60%fps patch,” which we will. Sony may be holding off on the tenth anniversary, which is still three years away.
