LoL, patch 12.10 has been sent to the PBE for its usual two-week testing period. Its patch notes reveal its release day and new skins, High Noon and champion durability changes.

Riot Games releases regular updates for its MOBA. This is why Riot Games’ patch schedule is essential to keep track of the date and time of each update. LoL Patch 12.10 will be released on Wednesday, May 25th. This is the day that all changes made to the game have been tested and are available for download.

League of Legends Patch 12.10

The PBE allows players to try 5 new skins: High Noon Samira (135% RP), Hion Sion (1350-RP), H Noon Tahm Kench (1350-1350 RP), H Noon Twitch (1350-1350 RP), and high Noon Viktor (1350-1350 RP).

Name, Twisted Fate will both be receiving VFX updates in this patch. The goals are to bring spell effects inline the modern League standards and improve gameplay clarity.

League of Legends patch 12.10 brings the champion longevity changes that we discussed in May.

To allow players to respond to their opponents’ moves faster, champions will see their base health, armor, and magic resist increased, and their health per level. These changes are intended to correct the current consensus that MOBA is causing too much damage to its matches.

League 12.10’s first item changes are also available, as seen by Surrender from 20. This brings nerfs for the Morellonomicon and Thornmail, among other things.

League of Legends patch 12.10 preview has now been live. This gives us a better view of the percentage changes to each champion’s health, armor, healing, or shielding.

  • Lifesteal has been reduced to 7%, from 8%

 

Blighting Jewel

 

  • Magic Pen reduced to 13% from 15

 

Bloodthirster

 

  • Life steal has fallen to 18%, from 20%

 

Bramble Vest

 

  • From 40% to 30%, the number of grievous wounds has dropped to 30%

 

Chipmunk Chainsword

 

    • From 40% to 30%, the number of grievous wounds has dropped to 30%

 

  • The number of enhanced grievous wounds has fallen to half the 60%

 

Chemtech Purifier

 

    • From 40% to 30%, the number of grievous wounds has dropped to 30%

 

  • The number of enhanced grievous wounds has fallen to half the 60%

 

Demonic Embrace

 

  • From 2/1.2% (Melee/Ranged), the damage was reduced to 1.8/1%

 

Divine Sunderer

 

  • Heal reduced to 6%/3% Mmelee/Ranged, from 7.8%/3.6% Mmelee/Ranged.

 

Doran’s Ring

 

    • Mana restores increased from 0.75 to 1.

 

    • Damage and mana restoration to 1.5 1.25

 

  • From 50% to 45%, the value of health has declined to 45%

    • Shield reduced to 160 + 35% bonus attack Damage from 180 + 40 bonus attack Damage

 

  • Omnivamp has been reduced to 7%, from 8%

 

Elixir Of Wrath

 

  • Physical vamp has fallen to 12% to 15%

 

Emberknife

 

  • Omnivamp has been reduced to 7%, from 8%

  • From 40% to 30%, the number of grievous wounds has dropped to 30%

  • Shield value increased to 100-200 + 4.5% Current Mana, from 100-200 + 5.5% Current Mana

    • Omnivamp reduced to 8% from 10%

    • Lifesteal has been reduced to 7%, from 8%
