Destiny 2 Krait Guide- Krait God Roll and How to Get It
Savathun has arrived, and Destiny2‘s eagerly awaited expansion has been released. The Witch-King lets players confront one of the most beloved villains in the franchise’s throne world. This DLC introduces a new story and offers a variety of weapons, armors, exotics, consumables, activities, and other items for players to use. The Witch Queen marks the release of the Void 3.0 update. This drastically reworks void subclasses and introduces new exotics.
A new expansion brings a lot of weapons to the world loot bank. Many guns can be tied to certain activities. Others are dropped while playing the game. The Krait is one of these guns. It is a Stasis Auto Rifle and has quickly gained popularity because of its high fire rate and fantastic perk pool. This is how you get the Krait gun and which perks it offers.
How to get Krait
The Krait is a global drop weapon. This means that it can be obtained from many different sources. This sounds great, but there is no way to target this gun. At the time this article was written, it was not craftable. Just hope that it drops after a playlist activity or when you receive a Legendary Engram. You can get it as a reward from a vendor or at the end of a playlist. It may also be given out to players who decrypt Prime Engrams. Once the Deepsight chest farm is patched, players can pray to RNG to get a solid roll.
Krait God Rolls
Krait PVE God Roll
- Arrowhead Brake
- Appended Mag
- Subsistence or overflow
- The headstone or One for All
There are many options when it comes to Krait’s god roll. Although I recommend choosing the best roll for your build and playstyle, you can also choose to add-clearing this weapon. You’ll need to use Arrowhead Brake in the barrel slot. This gives you +30 to your recoil. This makes it much easier to fire this weapon, especially when dealing with multiple enemies from a distance. This also provides a slight boost in handling w, which is always nice tAppendedMag will give you more rounds without any stat penalties. Extended Mag is an option, but I don’t like the slower reload speed.
You will need Subsistence or Overflow to get primary perks. The former partially reloads your weapon after each kill, making it easy to slaughter hordes of enemies. You can also choose Overflow to load this gun with an incredible number of bullets. Both options are great, but it all comes down to personal preference. Your last perk should be One For All. Headstone lets you make enemies into ice bombs, which do more damage than normal mobs. One For All is the best choice if you want to increase your damage. It allows you to hit three targets at once with a gun that holds almost 60 bullets.
Krait PVP God Roll
- Hammer-Forged Rifling and Corkscrew Rifling
- Armor-Piercing Rounds
- Steady hands
- Moving Target
Although I don’t recommend Krait being used in PVP, it is possible to get a decent roll if your goal is to use it in the Crucible. You should focus on improving your range stats for your barrel. The best options are Hammer-Forged Rifling or Corkscrew Rifling. While the former focuses solely on the range, Corkscrew Rifling gives you more stability and control. Armorpiercing Rounds will further improve this stat. It will slightly increase in range and make our targets flinch slightly when shot.
There are two options for primary perks. The first is Steady Hands which improves gun handling after every kill. The second is Moving Target which speeds up target acquisition. These are great PVP perks for an Auto Rifle but can prove deadly if you play a mobile game. Vorpal Weapon is an acceptable alternative, but I have never found it worth the cost of an Auto Rifle. If you don’t want an Auto Rifle to PVP, there are better alternatives. Just craft a Sweet Sorrow.
