No Man’s Sky’s Outlaws Update: Live the Space Pirate Life
No Man’s Sky announced its 19th update. It’s called Outlaws and is available now. This means that fans of the space exploration sim will be able to experience new pirate-themed thrills. After Sean Murray, creator of No Man’s Sky, shared a pirate flag emoji on his Twitter yesterday, we now know why: space pirates!
Sean Murray provided details on what No Man’s Sky Outlaws will offer fans via the PlayStation blog. It was revealed that the game will feature smuggling and NPC recruitment as well as much-improved combat in space.
This update includes the ability to fight space pirates and even create your own crew.

Space pirates can take part in new missions through Outlaw Stations. Here, No Man’s Sky fans will be able to see if a pirate’s lifestyle is right for them. The game is still very open, so you can still take advantage of the new spaceship controls and other improvements.
The No Man’s Sky Outlaws Update is available for download on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. No Man’s Sky will also be coming to Nintendo Switch. However, no release date has been set.
