Warzone Players Demand Verdansk Return with Caldera Innovations
Caldera’s arrival in Warzone is still being met with mixed reactions by players who have begun to descend on the Pacific island. The community chose Rebirth Island over Verdansk despite the drastic changes.
Season 3 is on the horizon. Requires that the Modern Warfare battlefield make a comeback. Many players are experiencing many bugs and glitches in Caldera.
There is a demand that Verdansk is allowed to return, but some players would like to see some Caldera innovations on the map, should it ever make its return to battle royale.
Warzone Verdansk Return
Reddit user “Semper_Crayons,” asked whether players would prefer Verdansk with Rebirth Island to the current list of maps and playlists amid rumours about a possible map rotation between Verdansk, and Caldera and Verdansk.
Many players stated that they would trade Caldera and Rebirth Island, which were reworked, for Verdansk. Another user commented that the pace, feel, and map design was amazing.
Others suggested Verdansk return with innovations first seen on Caldera, such as deployable balloons and the recent health improvement that increased the time to die.
Verdansk to Warzone: Will it Return?
Despite Raven Software hinting at it, it is not clear if Verdansk will ever make a return to Warzone. Players are keen to have the map, and Warzone 2 will launch in 2023.
