Genshin Impact 2.5 – Release time, new features, server status, and what can you expect
Genshin Impact 2.6 is nearly here and Genshiners (I made that up, but it’s a good one) are eager to discover all the new goodies being thrown at them. What can we expect? What are our challenges, and most importantly, how can we get them?
When will Genshin Impact 2.5 Lost Valley update be available?
We are only minutes away from this stage. March 30th is the date. Phase one will include both Venti’s rerun and Ayoto’s banner. We will have to wait until the second stage towards the end of April for Ayaka’s return.
Although we don’t know the exact time, we can expect to be online around 2.6 if you look at previous maintenance updates.

Update maintenance starts 2022/03/30 at 06:00 (UTC+8). It is expected to take approximately 5 hours.
What are the new characters in Genshin Impact?
Genshin Impact 2.2.6 will introduce a new character and some reruns. Ayato, the current head of Kamisato and brother to Ayaka, is a new character.
Venti and Ayaka will be the 2.6 reruns. They will appear later in the update cycle. Venti is performing the third rerun so that it may be their last. VeVenti’sanner can be wished on starting March 30th.
Ayaka is back for the second rerun. She is known as one of the most destructive characters in the game, and you may be thrilled to see her back.
What are the new weapons in Genshin Impact?
In the 2.6 update, we have a brand new five-star sword. It is the Harran Geppaku Futsu, an outstanding work of the Futsu family of smiths. Haran is named after how it looks like the rolling, violent waves. Apparently.
What are the new artifacts in Genshin Impact?
A few artifacts are now permanently available with the 2.6 updates. The best of them being.
Vermillion – Hereafter
- Two-piece provides an +18% attack
- Four-piece After using elemental burst, this character will be granted the Nascent Light effect. This increases their attack by 8% every 16 seconds. Their attack will increase by 10% if the character’s HP drops. This can happen up to feelings and increases every 0.8 seconds. When a character leaves the field or when another elemental blast is used, Nascent Light will be dispelled.
Genshin Impact 2.6 New Regions
The new region, the Chasm, will be available in the 2.6 updates. Although we’ve known about the area since it was fiwe’velaced on the map, we have never been able to visit it. This is changing today, so get out there and explore. A great interactive map showing the region can be found here.
Genshin Impact Lost Valley
The Lost Valley is located in The Chasm. This area was unveiled in the 2/6 update. You will find the Echoes of Offering artifacts and the Vermillion Hereafter artifacts.
You must be able to reach the Chasm.

How to update Genshin Impact version 2.6
PC: Close the game and open Genshin Impact Launcher. Click Update.
iOS: Open the App Store and click Update
Android: Open the app and follow the instructions on-screen.
PS5(TM), PS4(TM). Highlight Genshin Impact on the Home Screen. Press the OPTIONS button and choose “Check for Update.”
