Larian Says Well, I Won’t Make Sweet, Sweet Love Until Baldur’s Gate 3 Is Finished.
You’d be met with a judgmental mind flayer if you tried to open Baldur’s Gate 3 right now and start engaging in any of its romances. It knows you are here. The mind flayer’s disapproving eyes are occupied by “UNDER CONSTRUCTION” written in large, yellow letters. This is because Baldur’s Gate 3’sromances still exist, and the game’s Early Access status means that all the juicy bits are still in development.
This is true even though the seventh major patch of the game has gone live. Swen Vincke, Larian Studios Founder and Baldur’s Gate3Director demoed last week’s latest update. I was also able to ask him: When will my character and Warlock Will do the horizontal tango. Is it possible for Githyanki players to travel to pound towns to improve interspecies relations with Shadowheart?
What number of patches will it take before Asterion can suck something other than blood? Vincke says it is most likely that sexy times in the future will be after Baldur’s Gate 3 launches entirely rather than during the Early Access phase.
