Insurgency: Sandstorm makes its way to Epic Games Store with Update 1.11
Insurgency Sandstorm is now available at the Epic Games Store with a new content update. This update improves modding capabilities for those who wish to modify the game using custom mods. If they want to upload a new mod, modders will skip the packaging stage. The packaging phase of a mod will now remove all files from the output directory. This will improve compatibility with third-party mods.
What can you expect from the new insurgency?
Multiple localization issues were fixed in the new update across all supported languages. Future updates will include more fixes and improvements. All popular mods should be compatible with future versions.

These are the highlights from the latest content update:
- AI was now sent to the field with no sidearms or knives.
- Fixed an issue in which AI didn’t know what to do when it ran out of ammo and instead stared at the player in fear.
- Fixed a case in which AI couldn’t decide on a weapon. It just switched back and forth during a firefight.
