OVERWATCH CONTENT CREATOR GETTING HINS TO OPTIMISTIC FUTURE
A swell of content creators for Blizzard’s FPS game has expressed optimism on Twitter. This was after an in-person Overwatch content maker meeting. While many expressed optimism and hope for the game’s future, they also stated that they are subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Unfortunately, we won’t hear about the discussions at the meeting soon.
This is an interesting development after the negative press surrounding the video game and its publisher this year. This is due to everything from the poor content in the main game and the horrible revelations about Blizzard, and the delay of the long-awaited sequel. The FPS was not in good shape. However, this is the first time popular creators have shared real hype on social media.
Stylish, YourOverwatch and Emongg, and streamers such Emongg, KarQ and Emongg, all shared their views on how the game has changed. Many of these streamers specifically refer to 2022 as a big year for the game. What does this all mean? What will this mean? We might see new heroes. Are there any new events? Are we to anticipate a release date earlier than we originally thought for
