Pokemon Shining Pearl and Pokemon Brilliant Diamond: Are You able to Turn Off EXP Sharing?
EXP share is a feature in Pokemon Bright Diamond and Shining Pearl, allowing everyone in your party to get some EXP even if they aren’t participating in a battle.
This is a great feature that adds quality to your life. However, for some, it may be too easy. Is it possible to disable EXP Share in Shining Pearl and Pokemon Brilliant Diamond?
You cannot disable EXP Share in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl. You cannot disable EXP from your entire party.
This might be disappointing for more experienced Pokemon players, but it makes sense from a general perspective. It just makes the game much more enjoyable and less tedious. However, it’s a shame that there isn’t an option to turn it off.
If you find that EXP share is too easy, there are many other ways to test yourself in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl. You can also try the Nuzlocke challenge, where any Pokemon that faints during battle cannot be used again.
