Release date for Warframe New War expansion coming up quickly
Digital Extremes, Warframe developer, certainly purchased the big guns at TennoCon this year, announcing not only The New War expansion but also crossplay functionality and a mobile version its space ninja looter gunner. Fans are beginning to wonder when all of this will happen, with winter fast approaching and The New War set to be released before the end.
Warframe New War Release Date
Digital Extremes announced that The New War would be available on all platforms by the end of this year when it was first revealed in July. The Warframe developer has yet to announce a delay. There are only two months until 2022 so we can be sure that The New War will launch in November or December.
It may be released in November or December, just like Deimos 2020’s split release. Although Digital Extremes has yet to release a date for New War’s release, we are confident it will be available soon. Most fans believe that November will be the best time to start playing the next expansion.
Warframe mobile release date
Dig, the mobile version for Warframe, will be released. This puts it in 2022 territory, unlike The New War’s 2021 release.
Warframe crossplay release date
Crossplay and cross progression are expected to arrive later in 2022. This is because it requires all versions of Warframe, mobile and PC, to work in sync. Warframe will need to be updated simultaneously on all platforms, rather than updating the PC version and then staggering the console editions.
