Due to the emergence of a nuclear conflict, the earth is in ruin. The situation isn’t improving even though it has been a quarter-century since the event. Only a handful of survivors have survived to this day. They are hiding underground in the Metro tunnels, clinging to their existence.

It was difficult to survive as they had to fight against poisoned elements and paranormal horrors.

You are now called Artyom, and you must make a move. Your group of Spartan Rangers follows you on an exciting but dangerous journey that spans continents to find new life in the East.
