Ticketmaster Can Now Show You The View From Your Seat Before You Purchase a ticket

Ticketmaster has added a new feature to its website and apps, offering consumers a record of the exact view from their chairs. The sneak peek was made possible through a partnership with IOMedia and its 3D Virtual Venue technology. Users may Find a sense of how they will see the match at over 110 places across Australia and North America, including AT&T Stadium Madison Square Garden, along with the LA Coliseum.

Digital Venue will show you different designs depending upon the event. For instance, New York Knicks matches, New York Rangers games, and concerts at Madison Square Garden will each have their own design and design. Users can pan and appear in their chosen seat on the site and cellular program.

The technology can help remove the guessing game as to what your perspective will really look like, particularly if you haven’t been to a specific arena or concert hall before. Surprisingly, the company states Virtual Venue helps speed up buying times, as it leaves people commit faster to their choice as they can see where they will sit.

“Everything we do will be to eliminate friction,” Ismail El Shareef, VP of available platform and invention at Ticketmaster informed The Verge. “It helps us offer a smooth, enlightening, immersive, and interactive experience for all our fans.
